2019 harvest, premium Arabica beans, micro-lot, single origin, grown at a high altitude, craftily harvested, fully washed, hand sorted and sun dried. Roast profile is light. Well bodied, slightly acidic Indian coffee kissed by the mist. The green beans are air roasted by a small batch artisan roaster in Maryland. It is firmly believed that air roasting removes much of the chaff, the roast is more uniform devoid of the common strong taste found in traditionally roasted coffee beans. It is also a well know fact that air roasting eliminates most of the charring by uniform distribution of heat which is not hazardous to health.
